- Each person is asked to treat another person as they wish to be treated.
- Each person is to respect and be responsible for the premises and one another.
- A person under the influence of alcohol or mind/mood altering substances must be accompanied by a member - that member is responsible for that individual. Otherwise a person under the influence of alcohol or mind/mood altering substances will be asked to leave.
- Alcoholic beverages and mind/mood altering substances are not permitted on the premises.
- Discrimination of any form will not be tolerated.
- Sexually offensive language and gestures are not permitted on the premises.
- Gambling is not permitted on the premises.
- Abusive and offensive language is not permitted.
- All games, TV, music, and other activities must be curtailed one (1) hour prior to a meeting can be resumed 1/2 hour after the meeting is over. A meeting is defined as any 12-step meeting or any related meeting, such as a service meeting, etc.
- Pick up after yourself, participate in keep Club Agape' neat and clean. The purpose of Clube Agape' is to "carry the message". Club Agape' will serve recovery members and our community by providing a safe, clean, and sober enviroment in which to conduct 12-step meetings and social and recreational activities which enhance the lives of recovering people and their families. (Article II)
- This club is for recovering persons and their families.
- Parents are responsible for their children's behavior and adherence to all Rules of Conduct. Children must be accompanied by parents at all times unless a volunteer babysitter is available during meeting times. A play room is available for children but only under adult supervision.
- Pets are not allowed except for service animals.
- Weapons of any kind are not permitted.
- Suitable clothing, including shoes and shirt must be worn.
- Physical or verbal abuse is not permitted.
- An incidence that violates the Club Agape' Rules of Conduct will be brought before the Board of Directors. The Manager of duty or his assistant may enforce necesary discipline as needed. A report will be submitted to the Board.
- Any person who feels that they have been violated by a breach of the Rules of Conduct should notify in writing the Board of Directory and/or attend the next regular board meeting.
